Coaching bundles and à la carte options are available. Sessions may take place in-person (in Laramie, WY), via phone or virtually.

Wellness coaching community pricing:

  • Signature Bundle – $720 for 6 hours of coaching, one 30-minute movement consult, one 30-minute meditation or nature therapy session

  • Coaching-Only Bundle – $660 for 6 coaching sessions ($110/session)

  • A la Carte Coaching – $120 per 60 minute session or $60 per 30 minute session

  • A la Carte meditation or nature therapy – $45 per 30 minute session

  • A la Carte movement consults – $45 per 30 minute consult

A sliding scale is available based on need.

FAQs

What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a confidential and supportive partnership between you and the health coach. It effectively motivates and supports lasting behavior change to help you meet your wellness goals.

What credentials do you have?
Janean Forsyth is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and completed her training with American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA) with additional coursework at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO. Janean is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hrs.) with over 5 years of experience, and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. Prior to health coaching, Janean enjoyed a 20-year career in Human Resources and small business advising.

How does a health coaching visit differ from a nurse or provider visit? Can I only schedule visits with health coaches when I am sick?
In traditional nurse or provider visits, the provider is the expert and may prescribe treatment. In health coaching, you are the expert decision maker for your life; the health coach guides you in setting and reaching your goals. Your overall well-being, whether you are managing a medical condition or not, is the goal of health coaching.

What aspects of my life can I address with my coach?
Eating habits/nutrition, finances, health maintenance, life satisfaction, possible reduction of the medications you’re using, physical activity, sleep and relaxation, stress and weight management, relationships, spiritual practices, and mindset are all areas that you can discuss with a health coach. It’s your choice as to what you want to focus on to improve your well-being.

How many visits will I need with my health coach?
There’s no set number of visits; however, meeting with your health coach on a regular basis will guide you along your journey to wellness.

How long are the health coaching sessions?
This will depend on your schedule, as your health coach will uniquely tailor each session to meet your needs. Ideally, a coaching session would be at least 30 minutes long.

Are all the sessions in person or can we talk over the phone?
You can meet with your coach in person, by phone, or online.

Will my employer have access to the information discussed at my health coaching visits?
No. All shared information is confidential and kept secure. We follow HIPAA guidelines, which ensure the protection of privacy and your medical information.

How will health coaching bring lasting change?
Health coaching guides you in charting your path toward wellness and helps you take a series of small, doable steps that become long-lasting, meaningful and powerful changes.
